With the advent of the Al Adha Eid, the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society has launched a project to collect the "Adahi" donations inside the State of Kuwait.
The General Secretary of the Society, Maha Al-Barjas, said today, Tuesday, that the Society gives a great importance to the "Adahi" project that makes needy families so happy during the blessed Eid Al-Adha days.
Al-Barjas added that the Al-Adahi project is one of the seasonal projects undertaken by the Society that aims at providing assistance and support to the poor and needy families.
She clarified that charitable and humanitarian work has become an integral part of the development view of the Society in which charitable programs and projects are undertaken, especially amid the outbreak of the Corona- virus, which urged the Society to search for ways to make its programs and projects a source of support and assistance to needy families.
She stated that the KRCS welcomes the Adahi donations online or by visiting the Society headquarter in Shuwaikh area, personally and pay through the (KNET) service. She thanked whoever contributes to this charitable and humanitarian project to support needy families in the State of Kuwait.
She indicated that the Society’s team would supervise the process of slaughtering of the Adahi and ensure that they comply with the legal and health requirements, starting from examining the Adahi to slaughtering process in the morning of Eid, until delivery to the beneficiaries.
