The urgent relief campaign to support the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs under the title "Faz'ah for Gaza - Kuwait Stands with You" in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the participation of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society and Kuwaiti charitable societies and foundations, has raised more than 2.5 million dinars before closing in hours. 

The campaign comes in response to the humanitarian role of the State of Kuwait within the framework of its continued support for humanitarian causes and support for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, aiming to provide basic food needs for the affected people of Gaza. 

It is worth mentioning that the campaign also receives in-kind food donations according to approved regulations, provided that food supplies are purchased exclusively from the Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company in application of Cabinet Resolution No. (1461), with the Kuwait Red Crescent coordinating the delivery of aid to the relevant relief agencies in Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine.
