The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Crescent Society, Khaled Al-Maghames, affirmed the Society's continuation of its work in developing partnerships with regional and international humanitarian organizations and expanding the scope of its community programs inside Kuwait in a way that enhances its presence in the arenas of humanitarian work. Al-Maghames: On the occasion of the Society's announcement of the formation of its new Board of Directors for the year (2025-2026) chaired by Khaled Al-Maghames, Dr. Nasser Al-Tanak as Vice President, Fahad Al-Mandeel as Secretary General, Saud Al-Dabous as Treasurer, and the membership of Dr. Latifa Al-Meir, Youssef Al-Zaben, and Saud Al-Mukhaizim. Al-Maghames explained that what the Society has achieved in terms of leadership and excellence in the fields of humanitarian and relief work constitutes a motivation to double efforts during the coming period in a way that contributes to alleviating human suffering and preserving human dignity, stressing that the Society places on itself a growing humanitarian responsibility in light of the successive disasters and crises the world is witnessing. He expressed his pride in the renewal of confidence in the Board of Directors, affirming the Society's commitment to continue its strategic vision in serving humanitarian work at the local and international levels and adherence to administrative and financial controls based on the Society's institutional approach. He added that the Society will continue its humanitarian efforts to relieve the afflicted and affected in various countries of the world with the support and directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, which reflects Kuwait's firm commitment to leadership in the fields of giving and humanitarian work.
