The Kuwait Red Crescent Society emerged in the period from October 2024 to September 2025 as one of the most prominent humanitarian institutions in the region, thanks to the efforts of its Board of Directors chaired by Ambassador Khaled Al-Maghames, who led a distinguished phase of achievement that included relief work, local aid, internal restructuring, development of the volunteer work system, and strengthening local and international partnerships. This development encompassed various organizational and field aspects, reflecting the Society's pioneering role in supporting humanitarian causes inside and outside Kuwait, and affirming Kuwait's message of extending a helping hand to needy and afflicted peoples. First: External Aid Since October 2024, the Society has succeeded in extending a helping hand to 12 countries through 26 air flights within a humanitarian bridge that carried more than 560 tons of humanitarian aid, with a total value of 2,230,921.986 dinars. This aid included: Palestine, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Burma, Burundi, Yemen, Tajikistan, Jordan.
