Born in Kuwait in 1903
He was one of the founders of the charity work at the current time and he was one of the founders for many charity organizations. One of the most important of them is the public committee for collecting the donation and the Kuwaiti Red Crescent.
He had a role in collecting the donation for the support of the Algerian people during the liberation war from the French colonizers. And since the Israeli occupation in Palestine in 1948 he was one of the supporters for the Palestinian people.
He contributed in establishing much economic organization in Kuwait and one of them is the national bank of Kuwait, the National Petroleum Company, the Kuwaiti oil carriers company and others.
He was one of the foundation members for the chamber of commerce and industry in Kuwait and a member in the board of administration.
